NOTIFICATION
Subject Procedure for rectification of discrepancies related with the results for the Open Book Examination (OBE), 2020.
The Examination Branch has started the declaration of results for the Open Book Examination (OBE), starting with the partial declaration of results of the Post Graduate Courses as per the order of the Hon'ble High Court of Delhi dated 15.09.2020 in W.P. (C) 3199/2020
The Examination Branch has already notified the clarifications regarding the queries related with the first phase of OBE on the official website of the University on 04.09.2020. In continuation to the same, the students are further advised to note the following points regarding the process to be followed for rectification/correction of discrepancies if any being noted in the results declared.
1. The students whose results have not been declared or are shown absent in any paper(s) are advised to submit an application for rectification of the same comprising all his relevant details such Name, College, Course, Roll No., Mobile No. E-mail ID etc. The student should also attach therewith a copy of the e-mail sent by him/her after the conclusion of the ONE indicating the date of submission of the scanned image of answer script of relevant paper(s) and the relevant attachment within 10 days from the date of declaration of the result.
2. The application should be duly forwarded by the Principal of the College or the Head of the Department as the case may be.
3. Only physical submission of the application shall be entertained as per the working days operative in view of COVID-19 pandemic as per details below: i) North Campus: Window No. 7, Timings: 10.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m.
ii)
* South Campus: Window No. 7, Timings: 10.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. * (For the UG students of South Campus Colleges and PG students whose results are declared by the Examination Branch, South Campus)
4. The Examination Branch shall require 20 working days for the redressal of the discrepancies. Students are therefore advised to be patient and check their results at the official website of the University after 20 days from the submission of the application.
